01Who we are

Vethos provides a multi-tenant voice-AI platform. This policy covers personal data processed when you use our sites, talk to sales, or when the platform handles calls on behalf of a customer organization.

02Data we collect

Sales enquiries: your name, company, email, phone, expected volume and message. Platform processing (on behalf of customers): caller audio, transcripts, extracted fields and call metadata, processed under each tenant's instructions.

03How we use it

To respond to enquiries, scope deployments, operate the platform on behalf of tenants, sync records to their tools, and improve reliability. We do not train shared models on a customer's call data.

04Lawful basis & consent

We process data under legitimate interest and, where required, consent. Call recording and processing follow UAE PDPL and, where applicable, GDPR — including consent capture and configurable calling windows.

05Data residency & security

Data is hosted in UAE or regional infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with tenant isolation, role-based access and audit logging.

06Retention

We retain enquiry and call data only as long as needed for the stated purpose or as a tenant's configuration and applicable law require, then delete or anonymise it.

07Your rights

Subject to PDPL and GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
