Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Vethos websites and platform.

01Agreement

By accessing our sites or services you agree to these terms. Commercial use of the platform is additionally governed by the signed service agreement between Vethos and your organization.

02The platform

Vethos provides a multi-tenant voice-AI orchestration platform — telephony, speech, dialog, scoring, CRM integration and white-label tooling. Features vary by plan.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, to bypass compliance controls (consent, calling windows, do-not-call), or to interfere with platform integrity. Outbound calling must respect TDRA rules.

04Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of provided data, for obtaining necessary consents, and for configuring tenants, calling windows and integrations appropriately.

05Fees & billing

Plan fees, included minutes, overage rates, setup fees and revenue-share terms are set out in your order. Overage is billed per minute at your plan rate, exclusive of applicable taxes.

06Service levels

Availability and support targets are defined per plan; Enterprise and White-Label include an SLA. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

07Liability

The platform is provided on a commercial basis with liability limited as set out in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
